I wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for the “above and beyond” service you provide each and every time I (and my parents) have visited you.
Firstly, and as I’m sure you must be aware, Claire is such an asset to the practice. Before coming to you I used to visit Vision Express and Specsavers. During that time I’ve never had a prescription that I felt made a difference. Claire is the only person to have ever discussed a prism with me and what she has prescribed is something that is really working for me and I’m very grateful. On top of her being a brilliant optometrist who is really thorough, Claire is also really friendly and takes the time to explain things. Historically, I’m a bad/squeamish patient when it comes to my eyes (I’d much rather be at the dentist!) but Claire really puts me at ease. I hope she stays with the practice for a long time.
In addition to the excellence of Claire, it’s also about the service received as soon as you step through the door. All of your staff are so friendly (always with smiles on their faces) and they really know their stuff.
My dad tested your practice first as he wanted transition lenses. He wasn’t happy with the awful service he received from Boots and when he came in to ask about the lenses, one of the team went “above and beyond” explaining the options. He wasn’t even registered with you at this time but soon after decided to use your practice, saw Claire and continues to use your practice.
During our various visits we’ve also seen other examples of great service, for example, a young child was having glasses fitted and one of the team took a picture so the child could see what his new glasses looked like. Today, you fixed my bent glasses for free (and didn’t make it seem like an inconvenience) and it’s things like that that make all the difference to a visit.

The move to new premises has given the company an expanded feel with lots of the latest in eye-care technology without sacrificing their well-known one-to-one service and attention to detail. Well done all.
I am so impressed with the care, empathy, competence and conscientiousness shown. The prompt diagnosis and action contributed to saving the sight in the eye.
We first met Helen and Sandra some 17 years ago. During that time, weâ€™ve built a relationship that we know will never be equaled, and in a strange sort of selfish way, hope it never will. The care and attention to every detail and the excellent customer care, both front and back of house has been amazing.
We cannot sing the praises of Drage & Tozer and the whole team enough and would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking to get personal service second to none, and have done just that on many occasions.

But now I have tried contact lenses it has been a dramatic change in my confidence when I am dancing because I have better vision.
